“Our efforts towards a world-class, lean manufacturing environment had been ongoing for over two years at the time we engaged the MEP Utah team. We were in need of a different approach to get it integrated into all production groups on a more accelerated basis. Their simulation was enthusiastically received as this training process moved forward, and we found it very relevant to our operations. In particular, the financial ramifications of implementing lean were very powerful to our production team members. Through the cooperation and dedication of the MEP Utah team, we were able to train three teams and more than 50 production associates, engineers, managers, and other support personnel in the past year.
